20 chocolate truffles

Ingredients

  • 260 g marzipan
  • 20 glazed cherries
  • 220 g couverture chocolate
  • 2 tsp seed oil


How to

  1. Cut the marzipan and form 13 g balls.
  2. Using your fingers, roll the marzipan into a round shape, place the cherry in the center and close, forming the ball.
  3. Melt the chocolate coating in a bain - marie or microwave adding the seed oil.
  4. Dip each ball in the couverture and place on parchment paper.
  5. Decorate with either the remaining couverture or other edible ingredients of your choice.
  6. Once the couverture has set, the chocolates truffles are ready.
  7. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
