A classic recipe that remains popular no matter how many years pass, because the combination of crunchy almonds and rich chocolate coating is irresistible and full of taste, sweetness and nostalgia...

Ingredients
- 200 g almonds
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 200 - 250 g couverture chocolate of your choice
- 1 tbsp seed oil
How to
- Spread the almonds on parchment paper and bake in preheated oven (set to fan) at 340 oF - 170 oC for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Let them cool down.
- Melt the couverture in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add the seed oil. Stir.
- Mix the cranberries with the almonds, add them to the couverture and with a spoon transfer them onto the parchment paper, making "rocks" of the preferred size.
- After the chocolate has partially set, optionally decorate with couverture of a different colour or with ingredients of your choice.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely and store in an airtight container.

Especially in warmer months, transfer to the refrigerator.
You can use roasted almonds, to avoid roasting.
You can make your chocolate rocks with just almonds or use nuts of your own preference.
