Ingredients

  • 20 dried plums, pitted
  • 20 half walnut kernels
  • 100 g couverture chocolate with stevia
  • 1 tsp seed oil
  • 100 g walnuts for decoration

How to

  1. Score the whole plum and enclose a half walnut kernel, pressing lightly until it is covered.
  2. Melt the couverture with the seed oil in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. Dip the plums in the couverture and transfer onto parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with walnut topping (half walnut kernel or coarsely chopped) and allow the coating to set.
  5. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate, especially during the warm months.
