Ingredients
- 260 g marzipan
- 20 glazed cherries
- 220 g couverture chocolate
- 2 tsp seed oil
How to
- Cut the marzipan and form 13 g balls.
- Using your fingers, roll the marzipan into a round shape, place the cherry in the center and close, forming the ball.
- Melt the chocolate coating in a bain - marie or microwave adding the seed oil.
- Dip each ball in the couverture and place on parchment paper.
- Decorate with either the remaining couverture or other edible ingredients of your choice.
- Once the couverture has set, the chocolates truffles are ready.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
