Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuits, ground into a powder
  • 100 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 240 g mandarin marmalade
  • 40 g mandarin juice
  • 200 - 220 g couverture chocolate for topping
  • 1 - 2 tsp seed oil
  •  Mandarin marmalade or mandarin spoon sweet for decoration

How to

  1. In a bowl, mix the biscuits, walnuts, marmalade and juice until combined.
  2. Form into balls of 18 - 20 g and refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.
  3. Melt the couverture in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the seed oil and dip the balls in it until they are completely coated.
  4. Transfer onto parchment paper and decorate with the jam, spoon candy or other material of your choice.
