Ingredients
- 100 g biscuits, ground into a powder
- 100 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 240 g mandarin marmalade
- 40 g mandarin juice
- 200 - 220 g couverture chocolate for topping
- 1 - 2 tsp seed oil
- Mandarin marmalade or mandarin spoon sweet for decoration
How to
- In a bowl, mix the biscuits, walnuts, marmalade and juice until combined.
- Form into balls of 18 - 20 g and refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.
- Melt the couverture in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the seed oil and dip the balls in it until they are completely coated.
- Transfer onto parchment paper and decorate with the jam, spoon candy or other material of your choice.
