- 20 dried plums, pitted
- 20 half walnut kernels
- 100 g couverture chocolate with stevia
- 1 tsp seed oil
- 100 g walnuts for decoration
How to
- Score the whole plum and enclose a half walnut kernel, pressing lightly until it is covered.
- Melt the couverture with the seed oil in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Dip the plums in the couverture and transfer onto parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with walnut topping (half walnut kernel or coarsely chopped) and allow the coating to set.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate, especially during the warm months.
