Biscuits, caramel and chocolate!!!! This combination is hard to resist! The buttery biscuit base provides flavor and crunch, the silky smooth caramel layer creates a rich, creamy contrast that dances on the palate, and then the generous couverture chocolate coating gives that irresistible sweetness and the aroma of cacao that invites and challenges all sweet tooths. A very simple and easy recipe for a small caramel biscuit bar that will sweeten your day...

Ingredients

  • 48 plain rectangular biscuits
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk caramel
  • 300 g couverture chocolate
  • 1 tsp seed oil


How to

  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk caramel over half of the biscuits, using a piping bag.
  2. Top with the remaining biscuits.
  3. Melt the couverture in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the seed oil and carefully dip the biscuits until they are completely coated.
  4. Transfer onto parchment paper and allow the coating to set.
  5. Decorate with sweetened condensed milk caramel and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator .
