Ingredients
- 48 plain rectangular biscuits
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk caramel
- 300 g couverture chocolate
- 1 tsp seed oil
How to
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk caramel over half of the biscuits, using a piping bag.
- Top with the remaining biscuits.
- Melt the couverture in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the seed oil and carefully dip the biscuits until they are completely coated.
- Transfer onto parchment paper and allow the coating to set.
- Decorate with sweetened condensed milk caramel and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator .
