Ingredients
- 500 g pomegranate seeds
- 450 g tsipouro or vodka
- 400 g sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
How to
- Deseed the pomegranates and put the seeds in a saucepan.
- Add the sugar, tsipouro or vodka, cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Boil for 5 min.
- Leave the liquid in the saucepan for 24 hours, covered with its lid.
- Strain it and the liqueur is ready.
- Transfer in a bottle and enjoy it at room temperature or put it in the fridge if you prefer it cold.

Pick 3 – 4 pomegranates with dark red colour!
