Ingredients

  • 300 g self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 320 g chocolate hazelnut praline (spread) with stevia
  • 1 sachet vanillin or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate hazelnut praline (spread) with stevia for decoration


How to

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until combined.
  2. Shape into 25 g balls and transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven (set to fan) at 355 °F - 180 °C for 15 min.
  4. Transfer them on a rack to cool and decorate with the praline.
