Chocolate Salami, Sugar Free with three ingredients

Our familiar refreshing sweet, Greek chocolate salami or mosaic, is now becoming even lighter! Without sugar, without butter! Easy, quick, and always delicious, it is the ideal treat for those moments when we are hit by hypoglycemia and crave a sweet indulgence while avoiding the 'sin'!

Ingredients

  • 250 g couverture chocolate with stevia
  • 230 g Petit - beurre biscuit, sugar free
  • 180 ml/ 185 g almond milk
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract (optional)


How to

  1. Finely chop the couverture.
  2. Heat the milk. Just before it boils, remove it from the heat and pour it over the chocolate.
  3. Stir until the couverture is completely melted and let it cool for about 20 min. Add the orange zest and orange extract.
  4. Crush the biscuits into pieces using your hands.
  5. Pour the biscuits into the melted couverture and stir until coated.
  6. Transfer to parchment paper and roll up into a roll, until the shape is the desired size.
  7. Wrap with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate the salami for at least 4 hours.
  8. Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder, cut into slices and enjoy!
