Peanut Butter Cookies, sugar free

These soft golden brown cookies made with four simple ingredients are unbeatable. Ingredients

  • 240 g peanut butter
  • 120 g almond powder
  • 100 g honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 vial/ 1 sachet of vanillin (optional)


How to

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until combined.
  2. Shape into balls of 23 - 25 g and transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Use a fork to press crosswise to decorate the cookies.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (set to fan) at 355oF - 180oC for 12-15 min. If you want them crispy, bake them a little longer.

Note from Greek jar:

Our cookies are very soft when they come out of the oven. Allow them to cool and then transfer them.

If you can find crunchy peanut butter (with peanut bits in it), go for it. It adds a crunchy touch to the cookies!

You can replace the honey with maple syrup or agave syrup in a 1 : 1 ratio.
